The identity of the victim from the structure fire on the Mystic Road has been identified from his 
DNA profile.  His name is James D Bellman (47).  He was the occupant of the trailer at the time 
of the fire and has been a resident of the Black Hills area for the past several years

Investigators with the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, along 
with the State Fire Marshall, worked the fire scene and determined the cause of the fire was a 
propane leak that may have caused an explosion and subsequent fire.
