The Information Technology Services (I/TS) Division of the Pennington County Sheriff's Office includes three full-time, non-sworn staff. The staff handles all of the computer issues at each building site. These services include setting up new systems, managing e-mail servers and networks, and software support.

There are approximately 290 computer systems in the Pennington County Sheriff's Office. Every year, 55 computer systems are upgraded to the latest equipment.
