Visits are to be scheduled so they do not interfere with your treatment
programming to include meetings, classes and groups.

If leaving the building, clients must obtain permission from their
Primary Counselor.

All visitors are to check in through the Tech Desk. Visitors must have a picture ID and may be
subject to breathalyzer testing.

Visitors will be asked to sign in and out in the Visitor Sign-In Book.

|
No more than three visitors are allowed at a time and visits are kept to 30 minutes unless otherwise approved.
|

|
Visitors are forbidden from visiting in client rooms. Any packages, suitcases, etc,
brought in by visitors must be examined by Staff before clients receive them.
|

|
Staff may limit visits based on client and/or visitor behavior and needs.
|
| |
|
Do not associate with individuals who are using chemicals.
|
