ANGER MANAGEMENT
The Anger Management Program is intended to provide information and techniques to Anger Management Program decrease anger and aggression. It is designed to accommodate participants in an anger management group curriculum who are undergoing treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues. It provides individuals participating in the ten-week program with a summary of core concepts and worksheets to complete in-class assignments. Some topics include: Common Causes of Anger, Roles of Anger, Benefits and Consequences of Anger, When Anger Becomes a Problem, Anger Triggers, Techniques for Controlling Anger, Cognitive Restructuring, and Conflict Resolution. A pre-test/post-test is administrated to measure participant's knowledge and perceptions regarding managing anger. Anger Management Program
 

 
Program Cost:  $250.00
  • Client must pay $150.00 prior to the first class with the $100.00 balance paid prior to the sixth class.
  • Pre-Registration and Pre-Payment required before being allowed into class.
  • Classes are held on Monday nights from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every week until 10 sessions are completed.
