| Objective: This program is designed to
teach detainees to identify conflict and their conflict style. They will learn approaches to managing
conflict in a positive manner, so all individual's needs are met. |

| Skills Acquired: The detainees will
acquire skills and strategies to avoid conflict, discover techniques to diffuse conflict, and develop
active listening skills. They will gain knowledge and the skills needed to resolve conflict by identifying
issues and finding workable solutions through the use of negotiation, compromise, and problem solving. |
