| Objective: To provide detainees with
basic keyboarding/computer skills. The "Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing" computer program is utilized. The
program evaluates current level and creates lessons paced specifically for the detainee. The focus is on
fundamentals, speed, and accuracy drills. |

| Skills Acquired: Exposure to computer
studies, an opportunity to earn ½ high school credit, and to enhance the detainee's employment marketability. |
